Joe Buzzello and Tom Healy met on a golf course in 2017 and quickly became business partners. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to build a talented network of 150+ expert coaches, trainers and consultants to help deliver results for their clients. They love building meaningful, long-term relationships with good people.
Joe has a passion for helping sales teams thrive. During his Hall of Fame sales career, Joe built a 100-million-dollar business unit from the ground up, hired over 6,000 salespeople and served in executive sales management roles for Fortune 500® companies. Following “retirement”, Joe developed sales methodology currently utilized by over 250 sales teams and published a book outlining this methodology that has sold over 100,000 copies.
Tom has a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Over the past two decades as an entrepreneur, Tom has developed online education used on over 100 college campuses, as well as building learning content for SMBs, national non-profits, the United States Navy and Fortune 500 companies. In total, Tom has built online learning that has impacted over 1 million users in a meaningful way.
